on spatial and non-spatial data. A single function, qrfactor(),
carries out principal component analysis, R-mode factor
analysis, Q-mode factor analysis, simultaneous R- and Q-mode
factor analysis, principal coordinate analysis and
multidimensional scaling. Loadings and scores are returned from
the fitted object, and the plot() method provides annotated
biplots for combinations of eigenvectors, loadings and scores.
Input may be supplied as an 'ESRI' shapefile, a delimited text
file or a data frame.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/gowusu/actions/runs/35096769393</link><pubDate>Sun, 06 Sep 2026 20:07:11 GMT</pubDate><r:package>qrfactor</r:package><r:version>1.6</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://gowusu.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/gowusu/qrfactor</r:upstream></item><item><title>[gowusu] sebkc 1.0-8</title><author>owusugeorge@ug.edu.gh (George Owusu)</author><description>Computes and integrates surface energy balance components
of evapotranspiration (ET), sensible heat (H), soil heat flux
(G) and net radiation (Rn) into the Food and Agriculture
Organization (FAO) Irrigation and Drainage Paper 56 (FAO-56)
water balance model. The package can perform single crop
coefficient (Kc), dual Kc and the integration of thermal-based
evaporative fractions in a water balance model. The surface
energy balance models include Two-Source Surface Energy Balance
(TSEB) models, namely the Priestley-Taylor TSEB (TSEB-PT), the
Penman-Monteith TSEB (TSEB-PM) and TSEB-Parallel, as well as
One-Source Surface Energy Balance (OSEB) models, namely the
Surface Energy Balance Algorithm for Land (SEBAL), Mapping
Evapotranspiration at high Resolution with Internalized
Calibration (METRIC), Surface Energy Balance Index (SEBI),
Simplified Surface Energy Balance (SSEB) and Surface Energy
Balance System (SEBS). Methods are described in Allen et al.

assessment that chains rainfall extreme value analysis,
rainfall-runoff simulation, terrain-based flow routing and
water-depth estimation into a single pipeline. A
stationary-versus-nonstationary test for changing rainfall
extremes is built in, and any flood scenario can be produced
for a present-day or a climate-adjusted design event. Defaults
target settings with sparse gauge networks, using satellite or
reanalysis rainfall, temperature-based potential
evapotranspiration and regional pooling of short records. Heavy
modelling engines are wrapped rather than reimplemented so that
the core stays lightweight. Methods follow established
hydrology, including the generalized extreme value distribution
for rainfall maxima (Coles, 2001,
&lt;doi:10.1007/978-1-4471-3675-0&gt;) and Manning's equation for
open-channel flow.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/gowusu/actions/runs/36392148233</link><pubDate>Sun, 26 Jul 2026 18:53:26 GMT</pubDate><r:package>floodflow</r:package><r:version>0.2.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://gowusu.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/gowusu/floodflow</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>floodflow.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>floodflow.html</r:filename><r:title>Getting started with floodflow</r:title><r:created>2026-07-06 11:37:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-07-06 11:37:12</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>mapping.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>mapping.html</r:filename><r:title>Mapping with floodflow</r:title><r:created>2026-07-06 11:37:12</r:created><r:modified>2026-07-06 11:37:12</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
